Q What is your Warranty? How do you carry out it?

A We provide 2 Years' Warranty with free shipping and 7 days Return Services. (Details please refer to MagicKing Warranty Term Document).
Q May I buy samples from you?

A Yes! You are welcome to place sample order to test our superior quality and service.
Q What's the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)

A 1-3 days for sample orders ~ 500pcs;
3-15 days for bulk order (based on different quantities).
Q How will you deliver my goods to me? How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

A We offer as many shipping options as possible, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Railway, and shipping by Sea to enable our customers get their goods rapidly at door. We also ship by economic method such as air cargo and sea cargo, Direct line, Air Mail according to clients' request.

Q Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?

A Yes! We can provide professional OEM services to make it your brand even for your trial sample order, like display start up logo on screen, print/laser logo on tablet back and front and Gift box Package.
Q How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?

A If your order is over 100pcs, we can make your own brand display logo for free! About other more details, it's according to your special requirement.
Q What payment method do you accept?

A T/T (Bank transfer), L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal, Escrow, Credit card, etc.
Q Do you have any After-Sales service?

Storage and language
The original keyboards for our Laptops or Desktops are English. We can add to the English keyboard: Russian, Spanish, German, French, Arabic, Hebrew, Korean, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Greek, English keyboard, Turkish, Thai, Swedish Japanese, Japanese, Ukrainian, and other languages can provide stickers, please contact after placing an order.
Our operating system
The device supports more than 100 languages. The actual amount of storage available is not equal to the number written. The reason we can explain is that the software configuration will Occupies some storage space. The last available storage you can view screenshots of Antutu scores. We cannot accept arguments about memory/memory differences.
